Which methods of payment are accepted at the UvsSHOP?

The only currency accepted at the UvsSHOP is VIP-points. In order to purchase items, you must have enough VIP-points to cover the cost of your chosen item(s).

Where can I see how many VIP-points I have earned?
Simply login to your UvsPoker account at www.UvsPoker.com and click on Cashier > My Account > Summary and your VIP-points balance will be visible in the top right side of the website.

What are VIP-points and how do get them?
UvsPoker uses a weighted contributed rake system. 1 VIP-point is rewarded for each €0.50, which has been contributed in rake. A player can earn up to 3 VIP-points per hand. VIP-points are also rewarded for the participation in tournaments. Click here to read more about VIP-points.

Is the shipping included in the price?
Yes, always.
However, depending on the country that the recipient lives in, you may have to pay obligatory customs and duties charged by your country. This will usually be communicated to you by the courier or customs/duties office in your country.

Do my items come in a package together?
If you order more than one item, you may receive separate shipments.

How do I view a list of all the items I have ordered?
Look at the order confirmation e-mail with information about your order to see which items you have ordered.

How long does it take before I get my product?
Normally a product is shipped within 2 weeks. It can take less, or more, depending on the product size, quantity and popularity.

How long will it take to receive the items I have purchased?
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your item(s) after this time frame has elapsed please contact us, within 1 week, to have the order investigated.

Can VIP-points be refunded?
No, the only exception is if you received a damaged or broken item and the item is no longer available and has been reported within 7 days of receipt to us. Please keep in mind that each request for a refund is reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis.
